WALPOLE, MA – The league is making final preparations for its 4th and final showcase for the 2009-2010 season. The showcase, hosted by the Walpole Express at the Iorio Arena, in Walpole, Massachusetts will feature all 12 AJHL Teams and 19 of the 23 MET League Teams. The showcase starts this Friday, February 12, 2010 and will run through Monday, February 15, 2010. “This has always been a great showcase event for the League and we are hoping the weather will cooperate so that we can get all the teams in, and get the games going on schedule. There are some key match-ups this weekend, so its going to be intense hockey” stated League President, Glenn Hefferan. The league will follow the showcase format of 2 twenty-five minute halves, and its normal overtime and shootout procedure as needed.
